Councils and Shires require ancillary structures to be certified by an Engineer. Not only have we developed a range of standard designs to suit several ancillary applications, but we can also create custom designs to suit your requirements.

When removing a wall, you need to have the wall inspected to see if it is load-bearing or not.

If the wall is load-bearing, we will need to provide an engineering design, which comes with full drawings, computations and a certificate of compliance.

If a wall is determined to not be load-bearing, we can provide written confirmation (if required) that states this.
